Romania Customs Rules for Yachts
There are no customs formalities on arrival, however, non-EU yachts may be asked to complete a customs declaration form.
Length of Stay
EU vessels may stay as long as they like.
Non-EU vessels are governed by the EU rules on temporary import (see our EU page for more information).
Other Items
Firearms must be declared and will be detained.
The export of articles of cultural, historical or artistic value is prohibited.
