“Wherever in the world you are, our virtual Spring Promo Week is a fantastic opportunity for sail and motor enthusiasts to access the Cruising Association’s specialist know-how and discover what the CA can do for you,” commented Lucy Gray, CA General Manager.

“Timed to coincide with the fitting-out season, the event is inclusive to benefit both members and non-members and offers something for all the sail and motor cruising community ”

Connect with the CA

Free Zoom and LiveChat one-to-one sessions from Monday 21 March to Friday 25 March offer the opportunity to explore the Association’s wealth of cruising knowledge, take an online tour through the members’ website, experience their CAptain’s Mate app and get a taste of what the CA membership offers. Skippers looking for crew and vice versa can discuss opportunities for the 2022 season with the CAs Crewing Service team.

Zoom sessions are bookable in 30 minute time slots and for LiveChat, non-members can simply click on the website button.

Spring Promo Week offers a significant financial incentive to join the CA, with a 25% discount off the first year’s membership when paying by Direct Debit. From 21 March 2022, just enter the discount code MPW22 when joining the Cruising Association.

For existing members who ‘Refer a Friend’ to join (using the special members’ code), as well as the friend receiving a 25% discount, the member earns £20 to spend in the CA shop and automatic entry into the Prize Draw to win a VirCru boat security sensor system launch package worth £435.99.

Expert Webinars

A series of four free interactive webinars via Zoom will showcase the style of expert ‘knowledge sharing’ lectures and events the Cruising Association offers during the year.

The talk on 23 March is also in-person at CA House, London, where attendees can meet members and other sail and motor cruisers and enjoy the hospitality of the CA clubhouse.
