Published 14 years ago, updated 4 years ago
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has launched a one-stop Southeast Marine Weather Internet portal collecting marine weather forecasts and real-time coastal wind and water condition data for the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida and Alabama.
Featuring coastal map overlays, the site displays radar images, radar loop, air and sea surface temps, wind direction and speed, wind gusts, air pressure, wave heights, and bathymetric data. Users can search by city and state or click on observation points, such as offshore data buoys, to see the latest readings.
