Located along the northern shoreline of Sorong this small marina within a pond offers a comfortable and safe harbor for visiting yachts. Narrow entrance with depths of more than 3m. Liveaboards welcome. Mooring Med-style with bow anchor and long stern lines to shore.

Facilities slowly improving with water and shore power. Owned by Wick Alliston of Marina Helena up the river. 

There is a limited menu restaurant nearby and a large swimming pool which can be used for a very small fee. 

The Tampa Garam pond is an easy 10 minutes from town and fresh supplies at the local market are closer still. Water, fuels and other services such as visa and documentation advice are available from Ayu at the EON Engineering office in Sorong.

Helena Marina

This is the sister marina located approx. 4.5NM up the Wamon River. It has hard standing and trailer haulout with repair facilities as well as a wooden fixed dock.
