Boatyard with a good range of facilities: 70-ton travel hoist with about 7m width; 40-ton crane. 20,000 m2 of hard standing fenced and locked at night. All repair services. Happy for liveaboards to do their own work. Prices include electricity, reported to be economical. Showers and toilets extremely basic. Not recommended to spend too long on holding pontoons due to a narrow channel with drying mud. Better to wait in the marina on the other side of the Tagus until haulout date. Bus stop 200m from the yard, good facilities nearby inc. supermarkets and hardware stores. Easy access to Lisbon.
