Following major hurricane damage in 2017 which totally destroyed this resort, it has now been rebuilt and re-opened in October 2021.

The resort has 18 mooring balls; 6 of which can be reserved the day of arrival beginning at 7am at a price of $40. The remainder are first come first serve balls @ $30 per overnight. With that you receive a 5lb bag of ice and up to 250 gallons of water.

The resort also has 7 slips which can accommodate vessels up to 20 foot beam. Pricing is $2.50 per foot during the year and $5.50 per foot during the festive period; electricity is $30/$50 depending on need. Water is per the gallon.

There is full island Wi-Fi and outdoor showers as well as private bathroom/shower with towels available for $10. There is a full restaurant/lounge and bar as well as the Sunset Bar and lounge on the 2nd floor. Happy Hour everyday from 4 to 6 pm and live music every Sunday 4 to 7pm inthe upstairs lounge.
