Puerto Blanco Marina, Hotel & Restaurant is more than just a marina, it is the headquarters for SSCA (Seven Seas Cruising Association) plus OCC (Ocean Cruising Club) and has a “Cruisers Information Center” for assistance with entry into the DR and local island info.

Marina services include alongside sheltered and protected dockage for 20-80ft boats (approx. room for 15 boats but shallower drafts must go closer in to the restaurant end of the dock), 24/7 security, free tap water (add a drop of bleach to drink or buy their 5 gallon RO water), limited power points by the end of the dock, showers, WiFi, waste disposal & dinghy dock, plus car or bike parking included in rates.

There is also a public dinghy dock here for Marina or non Marina clients to use. The marina can arrange well-priced local bike or 3-wheeler taxi service to town, car and bike rental, tours etc. They have clean and modern well-priced hotel rooms with aircon/fans and en-suite showers, 7 day/week restaurant, ice, 5 gallon RO water for drinking, canvas/sail repair company and vegetable vendor plus they arrange all work needed to be done on boats with contractors who hold port permits in the eco bay, garbage disposal for non-Marina clients and car/bike parking, kayaks, storage huts.

The marina is a beautiful spot to relax with a garden setting looking out over the dock/bay and is recently renovated with overhead fans in the open-style thatched restaurant for hot summer days. Yoga Monday, Wednesday, Fridays 0830-0930.

Cruisers and locals meet every Thursday 5-7pm for happy two hour drink specials. There is also a daily lunch special Monday to Friday and all-day food served off menu 7 days a week 8.30am -11pm. they have parties every now and again for all to enjoy plus bands and music/dancing.

The marina is dog-friendly but dogs must be kept on leads at all times all around the premises and cleaned up after.
