A full service Marina and Boat Yard located on Cofresi beach, near town of Puerto Plata with Customs & Immigration on-site.

The Marina services include hotel and restaurants reservations, mailing and package delivery, internet service, gas & diesel fuel (only fuel pump facility on the north coast), pump-out, dockside water and electrical service, laundry and 24 hours security.

The Boatyard services include pressure washing, bottom preparation and antifouling painting, blister repairs, painting, gelcoat and fiberglass repairs, mechanical repairs, electronics, custom teak and wood work, canvas fabrication and repairs and Stainless/Aluminum fabrication and repairs.engine repair, electronics, and electrical systems), 70-ton travelift with max 20ft beam with either DIY by owner or their qualified team of workers.  Be aware of sea state and tidal range when planning or arranging to be lifted out.

Special rates available for all cruisers and are a SSCA and OCC cruising host station.

Resort includes car rental, dolphin park, aquarium, fishing, restaurant, liquor store and more.  Apartments also available for short term rental for boatyard clients who do not want to live on the hard while work is done on their boats.

During storms from the N/NE, the marina can be subjected to strong surges from heavy seas and swells. Ensure you have strong cleats, strong spring lines and use heavy duty chafe guards.

Staff will assist you to make sure your boat is secure.

The entry/exit channel can also be rough when there are heavy seas running.  A hurricane passing offshore apparently destroyed the “fingers” that were built by the entrance to help with surge inside the marina.
