The marina is in the old fishing harbor. Advance reservations advisable, although in the main this marina is nearly always full and there is normally no space for visitors. All facilities, WiFi, water, electricity, fuel, crane. Good security.

I had the same experience with them not replying.
I visited the marina in person as I was in the boatyard at the end of the harbour (Varaderos Anaga – see other post about this excellent boatyard).
The marina is actually completely full and no chance for a space anywhere in there. The marina staff were pleasant but explained that it is unlikely that visitors will be accepted for the foreseeable future.
You’re better off in Marina Santa Cruz which always seems to have some space!
We tried to make a reservation in Marina Tenerife for the last two weeks of December 2019. We sent the first email at the beginning of December. After 1 week we sent a second mail. We never got an answer.
One day we tried to call them during office hours but they did not answer the call. One day later we called them again and a Spanish employee answerd the call. When we asked him if he spoke English he said no and cut of the connection. We called back and they did not answer anymore. We called them on another phonenumber and the employee who answerd the call did not speak English as well. I asked in my best Spanish if I was speaking with Marina Tenerife which was the case.There was no one available who could speak English.
We called Marina Santa Cruz and the reservation was made within 10 minutes in a very correct way.
