Pelican Bay is a very protected harbor with room for a small number of boats. This is just to the NW of Prisoner’s Harbor. Anchor in 30-40 feet with good holding. Protected from all but rare N-E winds. You can land a dingy at Tinker’s Harbor just to the east, but there is no place to get ashore at Pelican. One of the best anchorages in the area. Gets full during on the weekends and during the summer months.
