Anchor in a soft mud on the east side of the channel, allows about 8′ at low tide (3ft rise/fall). This quaint New England Town has several marinas, a town dock, two very nice yacht clubs, and a main street that starts at the water which is known as one of the best streets in America. Stop in for drinks and a meal at the well known Griswold Inn, grab a sandwich or pastry from Olive Oyls, or visit any number of other establishments for food and shopping. No great food stores within walking distance of water, but taxi service available. Gas, diesel, pumpout all available at Safe Harbors Brewer Dauntless Marina.
