Beer Village is in East Devon’s most picturesque areas along The Jurassic Coast which forms part of a UNESCO World Heritage site and also sits within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The is a shelter from the western cliffs and a large shingle beach.
Beer was once famous for smuggling with the many caves along the cliffs. The village has a couple of popular pubs and tourist shops and fisherman still sell their catch just off the beach, fresh fish & shellfish caught from Lyme Bay Reserve and Brixham.
To the east you will fine the small town of Seaton famous for its heritage tramway and to the west Branscombe know for being the longest village in England.
