Pearl Harbor : Profile
This well-know military harbour is, in fact, is composed of several large bays all radiating out from one narrow entrance. It houses several memorials to those killed on the vessels attacked here in December 1941.
This is principally a military area. A security pass is now required before entry is permitted. This can be applied for in person or by fax to the Base Security office.
There are transient 30 moorings for military (or ex-millitary) visitors in the Rainbow Bay Marina but whether there are problems if there are non-military personel on board is not clear. They are located near the Arizona Memorial Visitors Centre.
There is a fuel berth, haulout facility, pump-out, toilets, showers and laundry.
