Croatia: Update on Check in Fees

Wanted to send a quick update as we just cleared into Croatia and before we arrived, we were concerned about fees and thought this may be useful for others who are considering Croatia this season.

For our 14M yacht, we paid the following for the cruising permit:

  1. Safety of navigation fees: 1,225kn
    2. Light dues: 520kn
    3. Government Administration Fee: 40kn
    4. Sea Information chart: 20kn (we did not know this was a separate line item or if it is an option - if it is an option, we would have declined)

In addition, we paid 600kn for the Sojourn tax for 30 days.

We checked in on a Saturday, and there were no overtime fees. We checked into Croatia in Dubrovnik and all officials were very courteous & there were no issues. Side tie along the quay near the police station.
