The list of documents required by yachts for arrival and departure formalities.

1. For frontier guards.

1. 1 Crew list - two copies (for arrival and departure)

2. 2 Passport

3. 3 Yacht's documents.

2. For customs officers.

1. 1 Cargo declaration IMCO

2. 2 Customs declaration filled by each member of crew.

3. 3 General declaration IMCO.

4. 4 Crew effect declaration.

5. 5 List of yacht's supplies.

6. 6 Crew list - 2 copies (for arrival and departure.

3. Sanitary and Quarantine Department.

1. 1 Maritime declaration of health.

2. 2 Deratting or Deratting Exemption. Without this document the cost of official registration approx. 100 USD.

4. Ecological Department.

1. 1 The International Certificates of prevention of pollution with oil, sewage and garbage.

2. 2 The Ecological Certificate (for departure). Official registration in Port of departure.

The Ukraine health certificate must be also be obtained, which also may cost 10-20 US Dollars.
