Clearance

Thorshavn Port Control monitors VHF Channel 16 permanently and the working channels are 12 and 9. Normally the harbourmaster will send an official to the boat for clearance.

Docking

Yachts berth on the quay in the Vestaravag, by the tourist office. There is now a mooring charge here.

The tourist office will also sell tokens for the showers and laundry situated in the small boat club next door, as well as providing a key.
