Opua, Northland, New Zealand has a FREE rally to New Zealand in November this year. We participated in the “All Points Rally” last year and found that it was very well run and had very interesting an knowledgeable speakers for the seminars. All in all a fun and interesting event not to be missed.

Please note there are no costs to enter an NZ port and this is a free rally for boats arriving from any Pacific port. Dates 11 to 16 November 2012.

Opua is a great entry port with a designated floating Quarantine wharf with efficient, polite and helpful officials. A treat after an ocean passage. The port of Opua also hosts “Seafarers Week” the penultimate week of November.

Opua is a port that really welcomes visitors. See you there.
