Several dinghies left at the dinghy docks in St. Anne were slashed in an overnight attack according to a CSSN report.

DETAILS: Three dinghies were slashed at the St. Anne dinghy dock between 1800 hours and 0600 hours. The outboard on one of them was fully submerged when found.
