ITC, Middle Road, south of Garapan center in Saipan for international phone calls open 0800-2400 daily. International calls can also be made from hotels and phone booths.
The islands are part of the US mailing system, so they have their own zip codes. Mail can be sent c/o General Delivery at either Saipan 96950, Rota 96951 or Tinian 96952. Post offices, Chalan Kanoa, SW end and at Capitol Hill, Saipan. Open 0900-1600 Monday to Friday.
There is no longer any WiFi at Smiling Cove Marina. Most restaurants here have WiFi.
