Conception Bay South is nestled on the south side of Conception Bay, and strategically located just minutes from St. John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador’s capital city. A varied coastline which includes Kelly’s Island, Little Bell Island, and Bell Island make it a popular place for sailors.
The Royal Newfoundland Yacht Club can assist with clearance procedures. Entrance to the yacht club is well marked with channel markers at the entrance to Long Pond Harbour.
Once inside the harbour entrance, alter to port and follow the channel along the breakwater to the RNYC marina.
The Royal Newfoundland Yacht Club welcomes visiting sailors and provides berthing and haulout facilities.
