The facilities at Hamble Point Marina in Southampton are being significantly upgraded. The £1.2 million upgrade will ensure that berth holders, tenants, and visitors have access to the greatest facilities possible, helping to improve their marina experience. The Ketch Rigger pub and restaurant’s restrooms will be renovated as part of the investment project. The facilities will be refurbished in the spring of 2024, with a PIR-controlled lighting and ventilation system that will help to minimize energy usage, as well as a significant increase in the overall look and feel.
