The Southbank Marina and Boatyard, formerly the Caicos Marina and Shipyard, is a Port of Entry and welcomes transient vessels up to 70 ft. Located near Long Bay Beach on the island of Providenciales.

The marina offers fuel provision (diesel, gas), chandlery, concierge services, laundry, ice and beverages, wet/dry boat storage, hurricane tie down,  trailer hurricane tie down, pick up and delivery of vessels, wifi, electric, water, bathrooms and disposal of oil, battery and garbage. Onsite yacht concierge agents can assist with entry into the Turks and Caicos, customs, immigration, provisioning, bunkering, arranging car rentals and charters, and more.

The boatyard services include boat painting, engine repair, fiberglass work, compound and waxing, metal fabrication, labelling, power washing and monthly boat servicing. It also has 75 ton Marine Travel Lift, 2000 lbs. trailer forklift and Power tractor for trailer boat haul outs.

There’s also a new residential development next-door that will offer marina guests even more amenities and services.
