Reported by SY Starry Horizons Oct 2019: Sakatia (Sa-KA-tia) is very close to Nosy Be and has a few lodges. We hooked up with the dive shop at Sakatia Lodge and went for a dive, which was great. There is a green turtle protected area just inside the mooring balls, go snorkeling to find them.
