Mini-Paradise

We love this anchorage – even though it looks open it’s actually very protected. We sneak in by the tiny beach right at the end here and normally enjoy overnighting alone – in sand – 9m – good holding. There’s no fishermen bothering you in the early morning and no crowds (most boats go further inside the Ria). The beach is wonderful early morning, its great for long swims and there’s a little chiringuito just 2 minutes walking up the road that has really good food at a good price. No other facilities, although last summer (not seen yet this summer – July 2022) there was a little pop-up caravan (with drinks/snacks) for the summer that was great for sundowners and did a morning bread/pastry service (mind you, didn’t actually arrive with the kids until midday – so be patient).
