Clearance: The Capitania is near the fishing harbour. We were asked to dinghy ashore to pick an official from the beach. We were able to clear in and out of Manzanillo but were not allowed ashore. The Guarda officer stayed with us for a couple of hours while his superiors ashore tried to get permission for us to land. All to no avail.
Anchorage: Exposed but holding seemed good.
Ashore: Landing was through floating debris at the tide edge. We were not allowed to land but were able to sit in the dinghy just within wifi range of somewhere ashore.
