Routing: Getting Back to Europe – Avoiding GOA and the Red Sea

A new topic has been started on the noonsite Weather and Routing Forum to discuss routes that work for yachts wanting to get back to Europe from the Indian Ocean, avoiding the GOA and Red Sea and associated dangers.
If you have sailed this route, either back to Europe or the States, please share your experience on the forum. With many cruisers planning to undertake this trip in the next 6 months, routing advice and tips from those that have done it would be most welcome.
