About Noonsite

Noonsite is based in the United Kingdom and is an original idea of Jimmy Cornell's. The site is run by World Cruising Club, with site editor Sue Richards. Noonsite is powered by Zope, an open source application server, and was designed by Ivan Cornell.

Val Ellis, a keen sailor based in the UK, is Coordinator for all the port and country information on Noonsite. She is assisted by Chris Penny.

Luc Callebaut, cruising the South Pacific on his trimaran "Sloepmouche", is Sponsorship Coordinator for the whole site as well having been a regular contributor to Noonsite from the start. Noonsite also has a network of Regional Editors who provide invaluable support through publicity, information-gathering and acquiring sponsors. These include:
