Brunei Bay Radio

HF/SSB voice and e-mail services from Brunei on the NW coast of Borneo. Service area covers the NW Pacific, SE Asia, and eastern Indian Oceans (plus N and W coasts of Australia). SailMail host for this region, and also BBRemail service for cruisers.

Caribbean Maritime Mobile Net
Run by Lou, call sign KV4JC, on 7241 kHz at 1100 UTC. At 1115 UTC weather forecast from St. John (USVI). Following this report on 7086 kHz FAX, Slow Scan TV and other weather info etc.

Caribbean SSB Weather Net
Controller Dave. 8104 kHz at 1230-1300 UTC and 12362 kHz at 1300-1330 UTC. Comprehensive Weather for Caribbean region.

Caribbean SW Net
8107 kHZ at 1330 UTC. Weather and information Caribbean coast of Panama and Colombia.

Maritime Mobile Service Network

The Maritime Mobile Service Net is operational every day from 12:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and from 12:00 p.m. until 10:00 Eastern Time during Daylight Savings, on a frequency of 14.300 MHz., in the 20-meter amateur band. The network also operates on the alternate frequency of 14.313 MHz. The Maritime Mobile Service Network immediately follows The Intercontinental Traffic Net. Coverage extends via relay stations to most of the Atlantic Ocean, Mediterranean Sea, the Caribbean Sea and the eastern Pacific Ocean.

Mediterranean Cruisers Net (MedNet)

Covers entire Med, however majority of traffic is from E. Med. The Net meets each morning at 0530 UTC on SSB frequency 8122 kHz and, if that frequency is unavailable, 8131 kHz is the backup at the discretion of the Net Controller. For more information see web link.
