Docking

Dingle is the most westerly town in Europe, and sits in the western corner of County Kerry, on the Dingle Peninsular. It is well-known for its seafood, served in the many local restaurants.

Dingle Harbour is a well sheltered, though shallow, port with a dredged fairway approach to the fishing harbour and marina now marked by a sectored light visible both day and night. It is also supports a fishing fleet.

There are also 4 yellow visitors’ buoys at Kells Bay, on the southern side of Dingle Bay. For other berthing/mooring options see Valentia

For vessels not wishing to enter the marina immediately, there is a safe and comfortable anchorage to be found at 52deg07.51minN 10deg 16.55W, just south of R can buoy Fl.R.5s. (Be aware of pot markers)
