  Hillsborough (Carriacou) : Profile

Clearance

A stop must be made at Hillsborough to clear in as officials do not allow boats to anchor at Tyrell Bay before clearance. This only applies to boats arriving from another country. Anchor away fro the commercial concrete dock which is used by the ferries to Grenada and other islands. There is a dinghy dock on the south side of the conrete pier.

Customs and Port Authority offices are in the commercial building at the foot of the concrete pier, Immigration is across the street at the police station. A clearance form can be downloaded off the internet at www.grenadagrenadines.com and filled out prior to arrival.

Docking

Provides some moorings but no docking. Clubhouse with lunch room. No dockage. It is located just beside the TBYH boatyard.
