Significant procedural change relates to yacht arrivals between the hours of 0000 and 0800 Atlantic Daylight Time.

Bermuda Customs are no longer clearing yachts between these times. It is suggested that yachts time their arrival to either coincide with a daylight arrival, or be prepared to proceed (at the direction of Bermuda Harbour Radio) to the pre-clearance holding area in Powder Hole and anchor with their Q flag displayed. They may then proceed to the Yacht Reporting Centre dock at Ordnance Island for their clearance after 0800 hours local.
