The Latest Information on Yacht Transport Voyages

The tragic kidnappings of the Danish yacht, Ing and the American yacht Quest has, understandably, increased the interest in finding alternative methods of avoiding sailing accross the Northern Indian Ocean.

Dockwise offers many routes worldwide including Australia and the South Pacific to the Mediterranean and has been doing so for several years.

Sevenstar Yacht Transport and Yacht Shipping are also able to coordinate the transportation of yachts to or from most named ports worldwide.

This company has advised Noonsite that they are now offering the following sailings:-

Singapore and Phuket to the Med. Loading window: 20 April-20 May 2011.

The Med to Phuket and to Singapore in Oct/Nov 2011.

Also, there are planned voyages from Northern Europe and the Med to New Zealand. Details as follows:-

Antwerp or Rotterdam to Genoa and Wellington, NZ in March and in April 05-20, 2011

North Adriatic to Wellington, NZ in May and in June 05-20, 2011

Male (Maldives) to To Marmaris (Turkey) and Genoa (Italy) 15th-25th March 2011.

Other voyages planned from SE Asia to Marmaris/Malta/Genoa are:-

Phuket (loading 1st to 10th April)
Singapore (loading 5th to 20th April)
Singapore (loading 10th to 30th May)

Other ports in between are subject to requirements.
