I have used eSeaClear in Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia, where it allowed me to "jump the line" and go in to the back room - I was outta there in two minutes.

I have also used it in Curacao. However it only gets you through Customs. You still have to walk across the bridge and fill out forms for Immigration and Port Authority (two separate stops).

We have used eSeaClear this year, very successfully, in St Lucia (Rodney Bay) and Bequia and last year in Nevis. The BVI (Soper's Hole) are not using it even though there is a poster on the wall in the office advertising it!! The French Islands appear to have their own system.
