Total Solar Eclipse Will be Visible from Tuamotus – July 11, 2010!

Cruising the Tuamotus is a highlight of any Pacific crossing, and an eclipse will only make it better. Plan now to be there for this spectacular celestial phenomenon.

Amanu and Hao look to be one of the best spots for viewing the eclipse. And it looks like they both have navigable passes. There are several other motus that are in the path of the total eclipse, but most are smaller atolls without any passes.
