Update to Palau Regulations

Hi,
Procedures for Palau have changed - yachts no longer need to get an advance permit in oder to visit.

Charge are US$50 Customs & US$50 for Vessel Entry Permit for first 30 days, or 1 year if you are US citizen. Visas for non-US citizens can be renewed for $US50 each plus $US50 for the boat per month.

Extra fees are required to visit the Rock Islands and Jellyfish Lake.

It would be great if you could update your site - we nearly missed coming here because of the outdated information, and we have spoken to others who also nearly went past - and it is a great place to visit!
