Uruguay to Panama - Exit Zarpe

Countries: Panama , Uruguay

On clearing into Panama (in Colon), I was charged a $25 penalty, as the zarpe I had from Urugauy was not formal enough for Panama, so they said I arrived without proper papers.

Uruguay is pretty laid back, and they entered the boat by simply stamping the back of Argentina's exit paper. When I left Uruguay, they just added another stamp to the back of the same Argentine paper, and hand wrote the basic info. inside the stamp.

You had to look closely, but the required info. was there. However, it wasn't good enough for Panama...
