Pieter Brown has cruised extensively for many years on different types of sailing vessels and recorded Lat/Long positions for the North American East coast and Eastern Caribbean for over a decade. “Routes and Waypoints” is the compilation of this record, resulting in specific route-data to help cruisers plan their adventure.

This compendium is an extraordinarily-detailed collection of over 1000 waypoints listed in more than 50 routes, with offshore and coastal transits, coastal day trips, suggested ports of refuge and cruising tips throughout.

Each waypoint has been visited by the author over his many cruising years, to confirm and establish hazard-free positions for the routes, with local areas checked with paper charts. Routes are orientated southwards, but each route is completely “reversible” for north-bound transits.

A valuable addition to any yachts’ inventory of navigation & piloting information for the areas covered.
