Countries: Venezuela

Immigration in Porlamar have just raised prices significantly making this one of the most expensive ports to clear in and out of in the Caribbean. However to clear in and out yourself is now much easier than in the past.

Clearing in is approximatly 300BsF (US$40).

Clearing out is 325BsF (US$40) to immigration, 120Bsf (US$12) to customs and 130Bsf (US$13) per person.

To carry out clearance through Marina Juan in Porlamar will cost about double.

The customs and immigration offices are now in the same building on the beach making it easy and simple to clear in yourself and they speak English.

Our thanks to Robert the WiFi guy for this latest info.
