New information posted on noonsite during July 2010
During July noonsite received some excellent new reports, country updates and feedback from cruisers. We hope you enjoy reading the new information that has been posted and taking advantage of the latest information on noonsite.com. Thank you to all who contributed last month.
Please do not hesitate to send us your news, reports and updates, from wherever in the world you are cruising (noonsite@noonsite.com). Noonsite relies on feedback from the cruisers that use the site to keep it as up to date and informative as possible. All contributions will be personally acknowledged by a member of the noonsite Team.
NEW
Convoys and Cruising in Company FORUM
Launched in July, this forum replaces the very popular convoys page on noonsite. Post your message here if you are planning a passage where safety in numbers is preferable and you wish to be a part of, or organise, a convoy. Post here also if you simply are looking for some cruising company on passage and would like to hook up with yachts doing the same trip.
Don’t forget to check out noonsite’s Weather and Routing Forum. Launched in January the Forum is now becoming well populated with questions and answers. If you can offer advice to any of the cruisers who have posted questions, please just take a few minutes to register for the forum and contribute to what we hope will be a community of long-distance cruisers helping each other with advice and recommendations.
