I know I am an idiot. Unfortunately, we are never too old to make mistakes. This message goes out to try to avoid others making the same mistake.

Please do not deal with a company in Fort Lauderdale called Best Marine Imports, or its owner Mr. Robert Isacovici. They are a scam.

I have lost USD1200 on equipment ordered and paid for, but not shipped or refunded in the last few weeks, and I am not the first.

After a very commendable start, the delaying lies start and then the silence. After every effort on my side to help arrange shipment, still no action.

Of course, by the time I Googled him, it was too late. It would appear he has done it before too many others over the years.

Please warn everyone you can. I can’t get my money back, but hopefully, some good can come from the experience.
