HYDROPAC 2121/2009(71,93). SOUTH CHINA SEA. PIRACY.

TEN PIRATES ARMED WITH KNIVES AND CROW BARS BOARDED A BULK CARRIER UNDERWAY IN 03° 12.4N 105° 29.1E AT 151820Z NOV.

THEY ENTERED THE BRIDGE AND THREATENED THE DUTY OFFICER AND AB AND ORDERED THEM NOT TO SOUND THE ALARM. THE PIRATES FORCED THEIR WAY INTO THE CAPTAIN'S CABIN, TIED HIS HANDS AND THREATENED HIM WITH KNIVES. THE PIRATES STOLE SHIP'S CASH, PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND ESCAPED.
