Wi-Fi in Netsel Marina - Update

The wi-fi service was turned on again in Netsel Marina several weeks ago.

There are also a number of boxes full of new equipment sitting in the office awaiting the arrival of technicians from Istanbul to install it.

I have no proof but I believe the cessation of the wi-fi service was due to a misunderstanding of the law on this subject. As I understand it the law makes any internet service provider responsible for the traffic passing over their service. Someone in authority understood this to mean that Netsel Marina was an internet service provider simply because they provided the means for clients to connect to the internet when in fact it was TTNet which was responsible as they are the company providing the service to Netsel. It seems there was a misunderstanding between ISP and internet service provider (no caps).

In any case the service is back and apparently will be even better in the near future.
