Adventurer Raising Money for Oxfam Looking for a Ride from Indonesia to Australia

I have been cycling and sailing around the world, started out in 2003, just a cycle through Australia and a Southern Ocean passage to South America to go. I have been running an adventure education project with schools and also fundraising for humanitarian organization, Oxfam.

The expeditions webpage is www.brinkadventures.org.

I am currently in Indonesia, cycling Java, and need to find a crewing position to Australia, preferably Darwin.

I know all about my limited chances and which way the majority of traffic is going. I know Bali is a long shot, so I can get anywhere in South East Asia at short notice to meet up with a yacht. Any boats heading to Aussie now, as I understand it, will be going around Borneo and probably not even stopping (officially) in Indo.

Is there any chance of getting the word out about my situation? I would be very grateful, this is a big deal in terms of the expeditions objectives. Getting a plane will be a bit of a letdown.

Cheers,

Kendon
