Because HF Radio propagation this year is so poor, it has been decided to disseminate security and weather information and reports via Sailmail and winlink.

The transmission of security and weather information and reports via Sailmail and winlink is for those yachts planning to return to Europe via the Gulf of Aden at the end of December through to February/March 2009.

This will require yachts to contact Net Controller - Richard Donaldson-Alves, via email so as to get on the daily circulation list. It is altered slightly by substituting # for @ (eg. rhda#loxinfo.co.th)
