Regina Eichner writes: As everybody knows, Galle harbour/Sri Lanka is quite a nightmare for sailing boats. This might become different in the future. Just today (27th of February 2008) we were contacted by a Japanese engineer who asked what yachties think about how the new marina (!!!) should look.
