Chagos Yachts Last Letter To British Authorities

Heinz and Patricia of SY PAPAGENA have sent Noonsite the letter that was given to the British authorities in Chagos on their monthly visit in June and has since been forwarded to the BIOT Administration in London. The letter is signed by all yachts present in Chagos and comments on the revised anchorages permitted to yachts in Chagos and some discrepancies regarding water depths. Colour photographs and diagrams are included:
