What's the best way to get down to Capetown from Miami. Starting Nov. for a delvery trip with few stops.

This is about the most difficult route you could have picked and I am surprised you accepted to do such a delivery trip. There is NO logical way to do it, not at any time of year and certainly not at the start of the northern winter.

The shortest but also toughest option is go south via Bahamas to Trinidad then to bash down parallel to the coast of Brazil until you can lay a course for Cape Town. You'll have as strong current against you along the coast of S. America and hardly any favourable winds.

The other option is to sail NW from Florida to pick up westerly winds, then swing south, but NOT in winter.

To be absolutely honest with you my advice is to cancel and have the boat shipped!
