Incident date Dec 16th 0630Z

Incident location: Kingston, Jamaica Cow Bay in Kingston Harbor. Vessel was anchored. There were five armed men. Attacking vessel was 25 ft canoe type outboard. Robbers took substantial equipment at gunpoint. Incident was reported to Jamaican authorities.
