Cruising In Taiwan Becoming Easier

I have been living in Taiwan for 3 years and battled to have the right to sail my Hong Kong registered yacht in Taiwanese waters.

Recently, in July 2005, the government modifed an existing law (not ratified yet) to authorise foreign yachts to cruise in Taiwan and moor in 11 fishing harbours.

And we now sail our boat every weekend !!
