Nick and Zara, the managers of the Yacht Haven Marina Phuket are pleased to announce that the waterfront offices have been competed with occupants moving in, in November - this will be Thai Marine Leisure and a bakery/coffee shop.

"There are now Ladies and Gents amenities", as well as the old ones at The Haven Restaurant. The tenants of the new offices include: Lee Marine Yacht Brokers, Car hire/Taxi/Internet/laundry service, SEAL Superyachts, Phuket Sail Chandlery, Suwit Engineering, Yacht Solutions Management, Octopus Marine Electrical Services, Sail in Asia RYA School, Solidair Outboard services, C & C Marine Engineers, Woodworkers, Fibreglass workers and Catathai Charter & Sales.

Also, about to be installed is a High Speed Satellite Internet Service with Wi-fi access points on the docks.

Dredging has started and hopefully new docks should be in place around June 2006. The new docks will have the capacity to accommodate Mega Yachts up to 70m.
